PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Certain products offered by Lyshone Beauty, operated by JT&J Choice Enterprise LLC, may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and charges apply to each option.

By placing an order using any of these purchase options, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

1.1 Subscription Overview

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each shipment unless you choose a prepaid subscription option (if available).


1.2 Auto-Renewal

Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term unless canceled prior to renewal. Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file.


1.3 Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date by:

  • Using the link provided in your order confirmation email, or

  • Accessing your customer account on our website

Changes or cancellations made after a billing charge has been processed will apply to future orders only.


1.4 Subscription Charges & Refunds

  • Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable once the order has entered fulfillment.

  • Products shipped as part of a subscription are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, including hygiene restrictions for skincare products.


2. PRE-ORDERS

2.1 Pre-Order Overview

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Depending on the product:

  • We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout

  • Your payment method may be stored securely and charged when the item becomes available for shipment

Estimated ship dates are provided for reference only and may change.


2.2 Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before fulfillment begins

  • Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled

If payment has already been collected and the pre-order is canceled before fulfillment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


2.3 Fulfilled Pre-Orders

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it is treated as a regular order and is subject to our Refund & Return Policy.


3. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

3.1 Authorization & Trial Period

When you select a try-before-you-buy option:

  • Your payment method will be authorized (but not charged) at checkout

  • You will receive the product and have a specified trial period (disclosed at checkout) to decide whether to keep it


3.2 Charges After Trial Period

If the item is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will automatically be charged the full purchase amount.

Failure to return the product within the allowed timeframe constitutes acceptance of the purchase.


3.3 Returns During Trial

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in original packaging

  • Comply with hygiene and safety standards

Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return under try-before-you-buy programs.


4. GENERAL CANCELLATION RULES

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered fulfillment or shipped

  • Address changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after processing begins

  • All refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method only


5. FRAUD PREVENTION & ABUSE

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit, suspend, or cancel purchase options

  • Restrict accounts exhibiting excessive cancellations, abuse of trial programs, or fraudulent behavior

In the event of a conflict, those policies will govern.
