SHIPPING POLICY

At Lyshone Beauty, we are committed to shipping your skincare products accurately and efficiently. Please review the details of our Shipping Policy below before placing your order.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Customers outside the United States are encouraged to contact us for updates regarding future international availability.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Standard Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after processing
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Expedited Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2 business days after processing
- Cost:
- Flat rate of $4.95, or
- Free on orders over $50 (where available)
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the shipment error was caused by Lyshone Beauty (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
4. DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES
Once an order has been processed and shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect address information
- Other factors beyond our control
Lyshone Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking link.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
For payment security and fraud prevention:
- Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error
If tracking shows “Delivered”, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Freight forwarders
- Alaska & Hawaii
- Standard shipping times may be extended
- Expedited shipping may not be available for these locations
8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please allow 24 hours, as carriers may mark packages delivered early
- Check with neighbors, building management, or the carrier
- Contact the carrier directly for further details
- Then contact us for assistance
Lyshone Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist with carrier inquiries when possible.
9. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email LyshoneBeauty@jtjchoiceenterprise.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
10. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
