REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Lyshone Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because we sell skincare/personal care products and may use customized or printed packaging, we maintain a strict refund and return policy. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. ALL SALES FINAL / LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final once an order has entered production, including filling, labeling, printing, or packaging.

We only approve refunds or replacements in the limited cases listed in this policy (for example, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect).


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS

2.1 Return Window (If Approved)

If a return is approved in writing by Lyshone Beauty, it must be requested within 30 days of delivery and returned within the timeframe provided in the return instructions.

2.2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return (when approved), the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Free from tampering, damage, or alteration

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare/personal care products are not returnable or refundable.


3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products, including personalized bottles/labels or custom-printed packaging
  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale/clearance items
  • Promotional items/free gifts
  • Items purchased as part of a special promotion or bundle (unless defective or incorrect)

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

4.1 Report Timeline

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be considered for a replacement or refund.

4.2 What to Send

Email LyshoneBeauty@jtjchoiceenterprise.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging (including shipping label)
  • A brief description of the issue

4.3 Resolution

If approved, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

In some cases, we may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement/refund.


5. RETURNS PROCESS (IF AUTHORIZED)

5.1 RMA Required

All returns require prior written approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may be refused and returned to sender.

5.2 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect/defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. REFUND TIMELINE

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only and are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item (if required) is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY ISSUES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. For payment security and fraud prevention, we may be unable to honor address changes after an order is placed.

If a package shows “delivered” by the carrier but is missing, please contact the carrier first and then contact us so we can assist with next steps.


8. POLICY ABUSE / CHARGEBACKS

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit future purchases, or deny requests for customers associated with excessive returns, policy abuse, or suspected fraud.
